Can I choose to have my TreasureKnit be made into a Landscape orientation (horizontal)?
Your TreasureKnit will be manufactured in an orientation solely dependent on the photo you send to us. If your photograph is in a landscape (horizontal) orientation, your TreasureKnit will be made in a landscape (horizontal) orientation. If your photograph is in a portrait (vertical) orientation, your TreasureKnit will be made in a portrait (vertical) orientation.
Will I see the picture on both sides of the blanket?
No. Only one side has the photograph. Click here to see what the back of the blanket looks like.
What kind of fabric is used with your blankets?
The different photo blankets which make up the TK Blankets collection are currently manufactured using the highest quality of ultra soft Acrylic, Cotton yarn or Polyester. All of our yarns are non-allergenic.
Can I see a proof of what it will look like?
We do not send out proofs of what your TreasureKnit will look like. Due to the varying array of computer screens and monitors, the image we would send could like incredibly different on your monitor. Kindly note that we have produced thousands upon thousands of TreasureKnits and we understand your concerns. As a result, we always take care to ensure our customers are 110% satisfied.
What does the final product look like?
The color of the finished product may be different from the original photo. We are NOT reprinting your photograph – each TreasureKnit is woven to simulate the photograph.
How do I get my original photo back?
Photos can only be returned if you include a second empty additional self-addressed & stamped Post-Office approved photo-mailer or equivalent (a hardened type cardboard envelope) to ensure proper delivery of your photograph back to you. Click here for more information.
