Shipping
All regular ground shipping is subject to a standard flat shipping rate per product of $12.95 unless otherwise indicated.
Orders are usually shipped 14 days after the date of receipt of acceptable photograph. TreasureKnit only ships packages on weekdays. Saturday delivery service is not available.
NOTE about PO BOXES. Our shipping service companies will NOT deliver to P.O. Boxes. Please use a street address for delivery. Also, our shipping service companies do not deliver to APO/FPO addresses and as such orders to these destinations will go via Post. See Sending to Military Bases and U.S. Protectorates
How does my blanket get delivered?
All orders are sent UPS Ground direct to your doorstep or to the store where you ordered your TreasureKnit.
Can you guarantee delivery on exact dates?
No. Due to the many details that go into producing your TreasureKnit, we cannot guarantee an exact date for delivery.
Can I pay extra for Overnight Shipping or Expedited Shipping?
COMING SOON ! When avaiable, you will be required to indicate online or on your mail-in-order form that you wish to have your order sent either overnight or by 2 day air.
International Shipping (Outside of the USA)
Treasureknit.com has partnered with a trusted third-party company, iShopUSA to fulfill orders for our international customers. Simply put any items you wish to purchase in your shopping cart and choose the "international checkout" option. The items will automatically be transferred into an iShopUSA cart. You may pay with international credit cards, PayPal and bank wire transfers. iShopUSA will process your payment and guarantee delivery. Once your order is completed, all inquiries should be directed to iShopUSA Customer Service Department.
Sending to Military Bases and U.S. Protectorates
If your order is being shipped to APO, FPO or other armed services addresses, Guam, American Samoa, or other U.S. Protectorates we will proudly mail your TreasureKnit to you via United States Postal Service (no tracking provided). For more information on filling out address forms to these addresses, please consult the
U.S. State, Protectorates, and APO/FPO abbreviations list. Please note that packages sent to military addresses may take longer to deliver due to USPS restrictions.
Sending to serveral recipients at once
You may send the same assortment of merchandise to several different people at once. You will be able to select your choice of different shipping methods for each recipient, whether in the U.S. or abroad. Your order price will essentially be the price of all your merchandise, multiplied by the number of recipients. A detailed Order Summary confirmation page with all costs is shown before you commit to paying for an order.
