Returns, Changing Orders
and Order Cancellation



At TreasureKnit® customer satisfaction is our top priority. We want you to be completely satisfied with each and every purchase. We’ve instituted rigorous quality control procedures throughout our entire production process to ensure that your TreasureKnit® turns out perfect.

Returns
When we receive your order, our graphic designers inspect your photo to check that it meets the file requirements necessary to transform it into a Treasureknit® product. If there are technical problems with your image, you will be sent an email with instructions on how to upload a new image.

If you can’t send us a replacement image, you may choose to either cancel the order completely or have us make the order with the original image. If the original image is used and your order does not come out as expected, the product can not be remade or refunded.

What happens if there is a defect?
If you believe that your TreasureKnit has a manufacturing defect, you have thirty (30) days to notify TreasureKnit.com from date of receipt. TreasureKnit® will review your concerns and respond within 48 hours.

I gave the wrong spelling of the name? Is there recourse?
Misspelled names or incorrect information does not qualify for any type of refund or remanufacturing. Remanufacturing will be performed at your expense.

Changing an Order
To be able to turnaround your order as quickly as possible, your TreasureKnit® order is ACTUALLY put into the production process as soon as your payment has been processed. Any change to your order after it has been placed (including but not limited to shipping information, personalization, etc.) may only be done as per the following:

  • You agree to pay a $25 order change fee.

To change your order, send an email to CustomerCare@TreasureKnit.com with the following subject “STOP MY ORDER ! Please change order # (Your order number)”. Please refer to your order confirmation email for the order number. Once you have emailed us please call us ASAP at 1-866-468-7942

You will be called to approve this additional charge to your credit card and your order will be put on hold until approval is given.

Requests for changes not conforming to the above criteria will be denied.

Please note that Rush Orders cannot be changed once they’ve been processed.

Order Cancellation Policy
Orders cannot be cancelled once they’ve been placed. Please ensure you want your TreasureKnit before placing your credit card information online.
